We hope to see you at our next event!
Harriet & I visit a classroom of 1st and 2nd graders who Beta read the first four books of the series. We had a wonderful morning together. I loved seeing their enthusiasm for not only the book and Harriet, but for the process of writing and publishing a book.

This bush is the bumblebee's favorite in my yard.
Look at her gorgeous wings!
This book is well loved! I have had it since 1st grade. Thank you to Mrs. Longley, my 1st grade teacher for sharing her love of birds with us. You can even see the spine of the book has split, but I will treasure it always.
This bush is the bumblebee's favorite in my yard.
Some animal videos
Our neighborhood has several animal residents: bear, fox, coyote and more so be sure to check back for other videos.
I spotted this little sparrow taking a sand bath in the grocery store parking lot! It helps them clean their feathers. I love seeing things like this in unexpected places.
I love watching the bumblebees pollinate this bush. As I was observing them, I noticed something odd - the bush right next to it, had a mixture of bees on it, but not 1 bumblebee. I wonder why? I guess just like humans they have their favorites too. I was able to get a nice close-up so that you could see her Pollen baskets!
